TD Bank is currently recruiting for its “Back to Business” program, targeting professionals that have taken an extended leave (2 years +) from the workforce.
Successful applicants will complete a 2 year leadership development program consisting of four 6-month rotations in either Corporate Operations or TD Finance groups; and will be assigned an executive mentor to provide an opportunity for growth and upward mobility.
Back to Business Corporate Operations Program
Customized rotations through Direct Channels, Technology Solutions, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Economics Corporate and Public Affairs, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management or Corporate Services.
Back to Business Finance & Accounting Program
Customized rotations through Accounting, Business Finance, Taxation, Investor Relations, Audit, Finance Shared Services and Enterprise Decision Support.  This program requires candidates have a Finance designation and an undergrad degree in accounting, finance, actuarial science, math or business.
Qualifications for TD Bank’s Back to Business Programs include at least 5 years work experience; a university degree; learning agility and analytical mindset; record of excellence and achievement in academic and extracurricular activities; strong project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft office.
