“I have been a client of Beth's since the summer of 2009. I've participated in her outdoor stroller fitness, indoor stroller fitness and weight loss classes. Beth is a down-to-earth personable instructor who takes the time to get to know her clients and find ways to motivate them. Her classes are a good fit for me because I've been able to ease back into exercising in a gentle way. You can do her class 6 weeks post-partum or when you are in great shape - she always has modifications for different levels of fitness. She has the new mother in mind whether it be our lack of sleep or weak bladder control! Beth is also creative and innovative, always coming up with new and interesting ways for her clients to incorporate fitness and healthy living into their life. I look forward to what new classes or one-off sessions she'll hold. Beth is a super supporter of the 'east side' and I love being able to work out in my neighbourhood (Danforth east). Finally something for those of us who usually have to go to Riverdale or the Beaches! Highly recommend.
