How it works

CareerFit Mom uses a consultative approach that includes:

  1. Meeting with you to identify your body image goals and to learn about the challenges in your day to day life.
  2. Creating a customized workout that gets you results based on your schedule.
  3. Helping to create strategies for behaviour modification and improved eating habits that will enhance your results.
  4. Training you to do your workout safely and effectively.
  5. Following up every week to assess your progress and make adjustments based any obstacles you are facing.
  6. Planning for upcoming events that might sabotage your efforts.
  7. Celebrating every success along the path to your long term goal.
  8. Regularly checking in and offering support.
  9. Continuing to create strategies as life changes; keeping the momentum on your fitness and weight loss goals.
