Winter GroupFit Schedule Group Fitness Classes

Monday Mixer with Beth / Teresa: 

Alternating workouts each week!  Focus on CARDIO with Beth one week, then MUSCLE up with Teresa the next.  We create simple to follow moves that you can amp up or down depending on your level.  Join us and you’ll see great changes in your body over 8 weeks!

Mondays 7:35-8:25 pm / 8 weeks – Jan. 16-Mar. 5

Location: Kimberley Public School Gym (50 Swanwick Ave. Off Main, south of Gerrard)

Wake You Up! Workout with Beth:

Exercise early and enjoy the benefits of improved energy and metabolism all day long!  Zero choreography, just plain and simple drills to get the job done.

Tuesdays 6:15-7:00 am / 8 weeks – Jan. 17-Mar. 6 at Dance Kids Canada (1351 Woodbine Ave. at Cosburn)

AND / OR

Thursdays 6:15-7:00 am / 8 weeks – Jan. 19-Mar. 8 at Monkey Magoo’s (1212 Kingston Rd.)

GroupFit with Lisa:

Harness the power of group training to achieve your goals.  Athletic style featuring no-nonsense cardio and muscle conditioning in each class. 

Tuesdays 7:35-8:25 pm / 8 weeks: Jan. 17-Mar. 6

Location: Teach Me To Fly Preschool (2560 Gerrard St. E. – near Vic Park)

(Stroller) Circuit Sizzler with Beth:

Move through various stations incorporating weights, tubing, Bosu, medicine balls and more to get a kick-butt cardio and strength training workout.  Moms – workout with your tots in tow!  Babies in strollers are welcome to join you in class.  Open to all women (with or without kids).

Thursdays 1:15-2:00 pm / 8 weeks – Jan. 19–Mar. 8

Location: Dance Kids Canada (1351 Woodbine Ave. at Cosburn)

Tunes for Tots & Toning for Moms with Beth & Natalie:

Workout while your kids participate in a music class!  Beth will tone you up during her resistance training class while Natalie teaches a fun and creative music class to your preschool/kindergarten aged child in the next room.  Early Bird: $140 + tax or Regular: $160 + tax

Saturdays 10:30-11:15 am / 5 weeks – Feb. 25-Mar. 31 (no class on Mar. 17)

Drop-In Fitness at Eastminster United Church

 Group Fitness Classes

Mondays with Beth 9:00-10:00 am – ongoing

A cool fitness co-op that’s been running for over 20 years in Riverdale.  Each week features a different class format – from muscle conditioning, to cardio kickboxing.  Drop-in for only $6 – no registration with CareerFit Mom required for this one!  This group also runs classes on Wednesdays (cardio) & Fridays (Zumba) at 9:00 am with different instructors.

MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNT: register for a 2nd program for only $10/class + tax

Ongoing Registration is available if you want to join late in the term for a Pro-Rated Price.  Please contact us for more details.
