PlayFit Girls Camp
Inspired by her own daughters, Beth launched the PlayFit Girls program in 2014.
Struggling herself as a young person with body image issues, friendship troubles and a low self-esteem, Beth is passionate about developing skills and positivity for kids going through this rocky period.
About the Camp – for girls aged 7-12
Lay the foundation for your daughter’s healthy self-esteem, body image and confidence this summer. A special week dedicated to building emotional and moral intelligence while empowering our girls to be kind to each other…and themselves. Our girls will develop friendships in a supportive environment where each girl is encouraged to be her own, unique self!
Each day’s programming will keep the girls active and learning all-important characteristics such as: Empathy, Leadership, Respect, Fairness, and celebrating our Differences
Fitness: Kid’s Boot Camp, Stretch & Strengthening, Core Conditioning, Cardio Play and Meditation classes will show the girls how strong they are while teaching body awareness and appreciation.
