I just read a study in the Globe & Mail that says moms don’t have time to exercise…no kidding!  But, we all want to feel good in our bodies and lose the weight we gain in pregnancy. 

Workout videos were a big factor in my successful weight loss after my twins were born.  Once I got the babies down for a nap, I’d run to my tv, set up a workout dvd and jump around until I was done or they woke up (the whole time thinking, “please sleep, babies, sleep”…)

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Variety, fast (20 minutes!) and effective.  Great for all levels, but a warning, this workout can be intense.  Nice thing is, she does short intervals of muscle conditioning, cardio and abs – and you can make it through quick blasts if you set your mind to it. 

This video sells for only $13.99 at Amazon and other online retailers.  Even after 30 days, you’ll still won’t be bored by this workout as there are 3 levels/circuits to build up to.

…and who doesn’t want to be “shredded”!?
